Closing This Blog

Hello!  I'm very sad to say that my Blogspot blog will be shut down.  I am not going to be posting on here anymore, I will just be posting on my Tumblr.  I am not going to just disappear.  It was getting weird having two blogs on two different websites talking about the same stuff and the posts just being duplicated.  I am going to leave this blog up, but I will not be posting on it.  Here is the link to my Tumblr.  www.thelushietimes.tumblr.com

Today's Melt: CBV Bonfire Bliss

Today, I am melting Bonfire Bliss from Candles by Victoria.  This is amazing, it is good and strong, it smells pretty much the same warm as it does cold.  It smells mostly of sandalwood, a little bit of what I think is cedar and it is very sweet.  It is a vanilla sweet, not a marshmallow vanilla like the description would lead you to believe.  I don’t get any of the coconut that it says is in there, but I love it nonetheless.  I actually want to get her “Get Me S’More” scent and mix it with this.  I think that would make an awesome “S’Mores Roasting on an Open Campfire” scent.  (4.5/5)

Today's Melt: CBV Sweet Snow

This one is very strong, smells just like a candy cane.  There isn't much else to say about it.  (4/5)

Today's Melt: CBV Banana Coconut Cream Pie

Hey!  Today, I am melting Banana Coconut Cream Pie from Candles by Victoria today. It is an amazing scent!  It is a perfect combination of the four scents.  The first thing you get is the candy banana, but the cream, coconut and pie crust blend with it and tone it down slightly.  I think It would be awesome mixed with Granny's Pie Crust!  (4/5)

Today's Melt: CBV Christmas Apple Cider Snap

This one is exactly like it is cold when it is warm, apple with red hot cinnamon.  The apple isn't quite a cidery apple, just a normal apple.  I need to let the rest of it cure, the 1/2 I put in (it crumbed when I was cutting it and I gave up and just put the half in) has about as much throw as the regular 1/4 I put in.  (5/5)

Today's Melt: CBV I'll Have What She's Having

Today, I am melting "I'll Have What She's Having" from Candles by Victoria.  You can not order this scent directly from her, you have to create it yourself in a Love, Victoria jar, 22 ounce tureen or 16 ounce Country Jar.  It is a mix of Bear Claws and Chocolate Chip Cookies, created by Jason H. from the message board and Facebook page.  I think that it smells mostly like Bear Claws with the butter and chocolate from the Chocolate Chip Cookies.  This smells awesome, I need to get it in a candle form in my next order.
