Today's Melt: CBV Country Bumpkin

Country Bumpkin smells to me very similar to a toned down version of how craft stores smell over the fall/winter season, but the cinnamon is just strong instead of red hot.  It is a very strong cinnamon scent with a bit of apple.  The apple is so sight that I can't pinpoint which type of apple.  It might be a red or macintosh apple.  This scent is very strong and amazing.  I definitely recommend it to anybody that likes spicy scents.  (5/5)

Today's Melt: CBV Leesha

This is the scent named after the YouTuber xSparkage, who loves apple scents.  Victoria made her this candle of Dutch Apple Crunch and Buttery Caramel mixed together and eventually added it to the line and named it after her.  I don't get bakery, this smells like very rich caramel and a bit of juicy red apple, not mactintosh, but a red delicious apple.  I really like this, but it isn't a favorite.  (4/5)

Today's Melt: CBV Chocolate Chip Cookie

My CBV fall order has finished curing, so I decided to melt Chocolate Chip Cookie first since I heard it is so much better warm.  The reviews that say that are right, it smells perfect.  Just the right blend of a buttery, sweet cookie and a chocolate.  The buttery cookie is a bit stronger than the chocolate scent, which is not a fake chocolate.  The chocolate is definitely a milk chocolate.  Overall, I really enjoy this one, I would say it has a throw of somewhere in between light and medium.  This will probably be eventually repurchased, but I don't know when.  I give this scent 4.5/5 stars, almost making it into my favorites, but not quite.  Have a nice day!

Crazy For CBV Tag

1. How did you get into loving Candles by Victoria? I watched TiffanyD and xSparkage.  Then when I got into LUSH, I started watching VintageChic1927.  When I saw she had CBV videos, I watched them because I knew I had seen that brand mentioned before by Tiffany and Leesha.  Then I started to watch SayAnythingBr00ke's videos.  I placed an order and have never looked back.  The addiction is only getting stronger.
2. Do you prefer tarts or candles, overall? I only melt scent shots/tarts, so I would have to say tarts.  Tarts are also stronger.  I still need to try the SSS.
3. What is your favorite jar size? I have not used her candles so I can't recommend any, but the general consensus among the addicts is the Mustard Jar.
4. What is your favorite CBV category? Bakery, I love things that smell like food.
5. Favorite Bakery fragrance? Pumpkin Pear Strudel.  You get that pear with a non-spiced pumpkin and a crust scent.  Absolutely delicious and my favorite CBV scent ever.
6. Favorite Fruity fragrance? If apple counts as fruit in this, then Apple Pie a la Mode even though it is bakery, it does have fruit.  I haven't done a summer order, I ordered in May for dupes from a certain bath store and in September for fall scents.
7. Favorite House Blend fragrance? The only House Blend I gave tried is Tiffany-D which I can tell still needs to cure for a few months at least.  I can't call it a favorite since I don't like her honeydew scent, it isn't sweet and juicy at all.
8. If you could burn only one candle for the next year, which one would it be? Pumpkin Pear Strudel.  It has pumpkin for fall, pear for spring/summer and the bakery rounds it out to make it an all year round scent.
9. Which candle/tart is on your list to buy next? I have a lot of scents on my list for the winter order.  I will not say all of them, but some are Simply Delicious, Pear N Caramel, Christmas Lane, Peppermint Bark, Snowdrift Berries and Banana Coconut Cream Pie.
10. How long does it take you to finish a large candle? I have never tried her candles, so I don't know, the general consensus is that the candles last forever.
11. Which scent do you have the most of? I don't have the most of anything, I only have one scent shot in any given scent I have.
12. Biggest candle purchase regret? Caramelized Pralines, I got it on recommendation from Brooke since we have almost identical taste in scents and this is her favorite, but it is too nutty for me, I liked when I first got it and I just smelled the caramel and a bit of nuttiness, but the praline is too strong and the caramel too weak.
13. How many candles/tarts (approx) do you have in your collection? From CBV, probably 38ish scent shots.
14. Do bakery scents make you hungry or do they satisfy your cravings? Neither, I just like the way they smell.  No effect on my appetite.
15. How many hours a week do you have something burning/melting, on average? Probably at least 20-30 hours per week.
16. How many do you usually have going at once? One in my bedroom.
17. What do your friends/family think of your candle obsession? My sister couldn't care less about anything that doesn't involve her getting things, my dad generally hates anything with a smell and I am getting my mom and grandma into it. My Grandma loves Coconut Praline.
18. Favorite CBV Bath and Body soap/product? I need to try CBV Bath and Body.  I have no objections if you want to send me some soaps for free!
19. Which CBV YouTuber do you enjoy watching the most? I don't prefer anybody over anybody (of the people I watch,) but SayAnythingBr00ke has the closest nose to me.  I also watch charmedleo, aerikaj, AthenaCarlow, bewitchedgirl, cbvcandlefreak, CDiPSokol, colorclashing, CurlyQ730, cutenurse2486, dsyauch, ErinMakinScents, gtgirly, homershippo, Jdazzler15, KaiTheKiwi, LePooke, LittleBalladeer, MrsASteed, NornenBarron12, pierrefelixma, ryababe24, Scentmyway, SummerOreosGirl, sweetpimpin23, TheSeasonalBurner, Tiger Raider, tomahawknative2, VintageChic1927, WaxLuvsWicks, TheLazyLillypad and TheNoseKnows76.  Not all of these people do only wax videos and the people that do only wax videos don't just do CBV.  Some have yet to try CBV (shame on them.)
20. Which CBV YouTuber do you trust the most for recommendations? I find if I mix and match I get the best recommendations, but Brooke has the most similar nose to mine, so I would say her.
21. Who do you tag? I know it is cliche, but anybody who wants to do the tag.

1 Week Left CBV Fall 2012 Order Review

Let's just get to it.  I will have one more review of this order on the 27th, when they finish curing and then I will get to melting them (the ones that belong to me) in my bedroom and tell you about those when I melt them.

Pumpkin Pear Strudel- I think the people of CBV Addicts Unite are tired of me raving about this scent.  It smells like a pear, but a baked pear not a fresh one with some bakery and pumpkin.  The perfect all year round scent.  (5/5)

Country Bumpkin- The cinnamon in this is stronger than it was before.  I like that better, it seemed lighter than I wanted it.  I am going to let it cure with the others. (5/5)

Spiced Pumpkin Chutney- Pumpkin and orange.  I get very little cinnamon.  This is really nice, a new favorite.  (5/5)

Caramelized Pralines- The nuttiness came out, too much for my taste.  I am allergic to nuts and smelling this made my back itch a bit.  I will let this cure longer and see if the caramel comes back out.  It is pleasant smelling, but unless it magically gains back that strong caramel smell it had when I got it, I won't be repurchasing.  (3/5)

Pumpkin Apple Cinnamon Bread- An amazing scent capturing all the major scents of fall.  Pumpkin, apple, cinnamon and bakery.  (4/5)

Pumpkin Vanilla- Spiced pumpkin with a bit of creaminess in it.  Not ending up being what I wanted in this
scent. (3.5/5)

Pumpkin Pralines- Smells like the part of Caramelized Pralines I liked with a bit of pumpkin. (5/5)

Pumpkin Pie Spice- The spice has come out more, making it different than other pumpkin pie scents.  I like this, but it isn't a favorite.  (3.5/5)

Pumpkin Cheesecake- I get more cheesecake now, almost made it into my top scents.  (4/5)

Pumpkin Eggnog- Pumpkin, spice, cream and a lot of citrus.  Definitely stronger on the citrus than Spiced Pumpkin Chutney, and  prefer this one.  (5/5)

Lemon Pound Cake- Smells like Fruit Loops cereal.  (5/5)

Apple Pie a la Mode- I can't smell this anymore, it is making me crave the real thing.  This may be dangerous to melt.  (5/5)

Pumpkin Chocolate- Real chocolate (dark and milk, I don't smell white) and pumpkin.  Not a favorite, but it's pleasant. (3/5)

Chocolate Chip Cookies- Butter and semi-sweet chocolate.  Need to melt this to give a real rating, but (3/5).

Leaves Type- Dead on dupe.  (5/5)

Pumpkin Pickin- What I wanted from Pumpkin Vanilla.  A true pumpkin with no spice.  (5/5)

Fudge Brownie- Brownie batter.  (5/5)

Harvest- Strong and true.  (4/5)

Amish Quilt- Smells like spiced fruit.  Yummy.  (5/5)

Country Coffee Cake- A little too strong on the coffee at least for me.  I am so overwhelmed by the strong coffee I don't smell cake.  (3/5)

Leesha- Smells like caramel apples and some strange back note that I can't pinpoint but it smells kind of funky.  (3/5)

Cinnamon Donuts- Smells like cinnamon sugar pretzels.  (5/5)

Dutch Apple Crunch- Apple and pie and a little bit of vanilla.  (4/5)

Honey Spice Cake- Just like a baked honey spice cake.  Delicious.  (5/5)

Rock That Vanilla- Dead on to what it is duping.  (4/5)

Apple Butter Festival- Too much kettle corn.  I might smell a bit of the ACB, but the kettle corn just overwhelms me.  I wouldn't repurchase this one.  (2/5)

Pink Noel- A cupcake drizzled with tons of creamy caramel.  Yum.  (5/5)

Captain Crunch Berries- Smells like if Fruit Loops was berry.  (3/5)

Pomegranate & Cider- Mostly fruit and a bit of spice.  (3.5/5)

Pumpkin Cider- Apple cider with a bit of pumpkin.  (4/5)

Tiffany-D- Honeydew and a bit of cotton candy.  (3/5)

Champagne Pomegranate- The pomegranate came out more.  I still get a bit of fizz.  (3.5/5)

Today's Melt: Scentsationals "My Mom Is The World's Best Chef"

First off, I take back everything I said about this brand.  I tried this in my new Scentsationals lightbulb warmer and it is very strong and has lasted all day with one cube.  (It is the sassy warmer)  It smells like apple pie and I will definitely get more scents from them, so definitely use these in a lightbulb warmer.  I will try one from BH&G tomorrow in this warmer and tell you how it works, so I will definitely get more stuff from this brand, because it is really nice.

Middle of Curing Review (CBV Fall 2012)

These have cured for a few days, I thought I would do another review mid-curing before my final review.  A lot of these have changed over the few days I have had them, so I will describe them again.

Country Coffee Cake- This smells perfect now, the strong coffee has mellowed and the cinnamon and cake have come in.  This is ow one of my favorites.  (5/5)

Rock That Vanilla- In my last review, I forgot to say that it was missing a note from the scent it is a dupe for.  NOW, it smells just like what it is duping and it is amazing.  (4/5)

Lemon Pound Cake- I love this just as much as I did before, but now it smells like Fruit Loops.  (5/5)

Pumpkin Apple Cinnamon Bread- The bread element came out more.  I really love this one, but it hasn't made my five star rating yet.  Maybe when it is melting, I will love it even more.  (4.5/5)

Pumpkin Eggnog- Pumpkin with subtle spices and a creamy citrus undertone.  Definitely a favorite.  (5/5)

Dutch Apple Crunch- A non-spicy apple pie.  It's a pretty mediocre scent, but I will still get some enjoyment out of melting it.  (3/5)

Chocolate Chip Cookie- This smells the same, based on reviews it smells just like a chocolate chip cookie when it is melting.  This might be the first one I melt just to see if it is true.  (3.5/5)

Leaves Type- 100% accurate dupe of the Slatkin Leaves scent.  (5/5)

Cinnamon Donuts- It smells just like Wetzel's Pretzels Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels.  I love those pretzels and this scent is captures the deliciousness of those scents without the calories.  (5/5)

Pumpkin Vanilla- This one gained a bit of spice.  Not as much of a fan of this anymore, but still a fantastic scent nonetheless.  (4/5)

Pumpkin Pickin- Pumpkin and vanilla cream, no spice.  I love this one.  This is what I wanted Pumpkin Vanilla to smell like. (5/5)

Pumpkin Pralines- The perfect blend of Caramelized Pralines and Pumpkin.  (5/5)

Apple Butter Festival- I like this one slightly less, the kettle corn is coming out more. (3/5)

Pumpkin Pear Strudel- This one only gets better as the pear comes out more.  I guess I like pear scents.  (5/5)

Pumpkin Cider- Smells like Apple Pumpkin from Yankee.  (5/5)

Pumpkin Pie Spice- This is wonderful, I wish the spice would come out more.  (3/5)

Spiced Pumpkin Chutney- The citrus is hanging out in the background.  (3.5/5)

Fudge Brownie- Brownies fresh out of the oven, not a fake chocolate at all. (5/5)

Pumpkin Cheesecake- I smell the cheesecake developing, it still needs work though.  (4/5)

Country Bumpkin- Not a red hot cinnamon like most people say.  It is a toned down, slightly creamy cinnamon that is more complex than just cinnamon and vanilla.  This one has some apple and marshmallow ans well as other spices than just cinnamon.  I still love this one.  (5/5)

Pink Noel- Smells like a fresh cupcake with caramelly icing.  (5/5)

Captain Crunch Berries- Reminds me of Raspberry Rainbow yogurt from Trix.  Very nostalgic.  (4/5)

Honey Spice Cake- Smells more like the baked cake than the batter it used to smell like.  (5/5)

Leesha-  Apple pie with tons of caramel drizzled over.  This is more of a sweet caramel than the caramel in Caramelized Pralines which is much more rich.  (5/5)

Harvest- Clove and a bit of cinnamon.  Seems like one of the lighter throwers of Victoria's scents, probably just needs to cure more.  (3.5)

Caramelized Pralines- The praline is starting to come out more, just hoping it doesn't get too nutty for me.  (5/5)

Tiffany-D- I smell more cotton candy that is sweetening up the honeydew.  This is a slow curer.  (3/5)

Pomegranate Cider- I smell less spice than I did before, still a good scent.  (4/5)

Champagne Pomegranate- I am starting to get more pomegranate.  (4/5)

Apple Pie a la Mode- Smells like the real thing.  I want apple pie now.  (5/5)

Pumpkin Chocolate- The chocolate is smelling more realistic, still don't smell much pumpkin.  (4/5)

Amish Quilt- Smells similar to Country Bumpkin, but clove instead of cinnamon.  (4/5)

Now for my mom's order.

Tomahawk Memories- This is too overwhelming right now, that WGACA scent is getting strong, and I hate what that product it is duping smells like.  The pine is also is coming out.  If I smelled more pine instead of WGACA, I would like this more.  (2/5)

Sea Salt and Lotus Blossoms-  Too floral and salty for me, but it is okay.  (2/5)

Geisha- Smells very nice.  I like this one more than when it came.  (3.5/5)

Autumn Leaves- Smells like leaves (real leaves) and fruit?  (3.5/5)

Apple Cobbler- The bakery is starting to come out more.  (3.5/5)

Womanizer- Citrus, mint and "this is a perfume" smell.  (3/5)

Sugar Cane & Bamboo- This is getting sweeter and less bambooy.  (2.5/5)

Bamboo and White Grapefruit- Smells too bambooy.  Not enough grapefruit for me.  As far as bamboo goes, I like the Sugar Cane & Bamboo more.  (2/5)

Rain- It got very perfumey.  Simiar to Dancing Waters from BBW with citrus.  (1.6/5)

Storm Watch- This is a very fresh, oceany scent, but I like it.  (3/5)

That is it for this mid-cure review.

CBV Fall Order First Impressions

Hey!  I got my CBV September 1st sale order today.  What I am going to do is a first impression.  In 2 weeks, I will do another review for after they cure, then you will see them in my "What I'm Melting" posts. The only scents I did not pay for were the scents my mom ordered and the free scent shot included in every order.  All opinions are my own.  These have not cured, so my opinion may change in the other reviews.  Victoria forgot to send Under The Harvest Moon.

Pumpkin Cheesecake- I was pretty disappointed.  I expected to smell more cheesecake.  I get hit with the cinnamon and pumpkin first, then maybe a bit of nutmeg.  I don't get clove.  I hope the cheesecake comes out more after it cures. (3/5)

Pumpkin Pickin-  This is very nice, the first thing that hits me is the vanilla cream.  After that I smell the pumpkin.  A really good non-spicy pumpkin scent. (4.5/5)

Spiced Pumpkin Chutney-  First I get the pumpkin and citrus (I think orange, but maybe lemon).  I also get a more subtle spice note.  Another good pumpkin scent for those who don't like spice. (4.6/5)

Pumpkin Cider- The first thing I smell is the apple.  I think it is Macintosh.  Then I get the pumpkin.  There is also a slight cinnamon that tricks you into making it think it is "warm."  It reminds me a lot of Apple Pumpkin from Y***ee.  (5/5)

Pumpkin Apple Cinnamon Bread-  Right now it smells virtually the same as Pumpkin Cider, but I like Pumpkin Cider more.  I hope the spice and bread will come out more after curing.  (3.5/5)

Pumpkin Chocolate- The first thing that hit me was the chocolate.  A REAL chocolate smell! I get mostly milk chocolate and a bit of dark.  I get no white chocolate which I like since I hate white chocolate.  Underneath it, I smell the pumpkin.  I hope it comes out more after curing.  (4.3/5)

Pumpkin Pie Spice- A very traditional pumpkin pie scent.  A quintessential fall scent that everyone should have.  (3.5/5)

Pumpkin Pear Strudel- I get the pumpkin and pear mostly, and then I smell that "something is baking" scent in the background.  By far the best one I have smelled thus far in this order.  (6/5)

Pumpkin Pralines-  I get mostly the caramelized praline scent, but it is balanced by the pumpkin.  If you were scared of this because caramelized pralines was too overpowering for you, but you liked it, try this one.  The intensity is balanced out by this delicious pumpkin scent.  (5/5)

Pumpkin Vanilla- A true pumpkin scent.  If you want pumpkin with absolutely no spice, get this one.  At this point, I don't even smell vanilla.  Just a pumpkin.  Just deliciousness.  (5/5)

Pumpkin Eggnog- I don't know what eggnog smells like.  I smell pumpkin with a hint of spice.  There is a lot of creaminess and a bit of citrus on the back note.  I really like this one.  (5/5)

Harvest-  Yes, this is a Yankee type of a scent that I don't have and don't remember anything about it but that I like it.  I get mostly clove and a lot, but less cinnamon.  (3/5)

Leaves Type- An exact dupe of the Slatkin fragrance "Leaves."  Smells just like apple cider.  (5/5)

Apple Pie a la Mode- I smell the apples (a baked apple, not a fresh apple) and crust.  I get some of the vanilla ice cream, but not much.  I hope that come out more after curing.  (4/5)

Leesha- I get a lot of very buttery caramel with a bit of apple pie.  I hope the apple pie comes out more after it cures.  (4/5)

Dutch Apple Crunch-  This one is half of Leesha.  The other half of Leesha is buttery caramel.  This is an apple pie that is stronger on the crust than the baked apple scent. The best of the apple scents I have smelled so far.  (5/5)

Honey Spice Cake- This smells more like the batter for Honey Spice Cake as opposed to after you cook it.  It smells delicious and I hope the baked part comes out more after curing.  (5/5)

Country Coffee Cake- It smells like real coffee cake, but stronger on the coffee than real coffee cake.  I am not a fan of coffee so I hope the baked part will come out more after curing, but it is a nice scent nonetheless.  (3.5/5)

Lemon Pound Cake- Smells just like the lemon pound cake from Starbucks, but with more lemon.  I adore this scent.  (5/5)

Cinnamon Donuts- I smell mostly cinnamon, but not red hots.  Then I get the sugar and dough.  A very nice scent deserving of its name.  (4/5)

Chocolate Chip Cookie- I smell chocolate chip cookies with a ton of chocolate.  A very nice scent that I will be melting once they cure.  (4/5)

Fudge Brownie- Smells like real brownies baking in the oven.  I adore this one.  (5/5)

Caramelized Pralines- This is what I want in a scent like this.  It isn't too nutty, just balanced by a rich, rich buttery caramel, but not the same buttery caramel in Leesha, this one is much more rich.  I understand the hype now.  (5/5)
Country Bumpkin- Very cinnamony with a bit of the apple and some marshmallow peeking out.  Amazing.(5/5)

Amish Quilt- Very cinnamonny with a hint of nutmeg.  This is nice, but I like Country Bumpkin better. (4/5)

Captain Crunch Berries- This was a new scent for the month of September.  It smells like if Fruit Loops was a very berry cereal.  I really like this, but it isn't one of my favorites.  (3/5)

Pink Noel- This smells like cupcakes and caramel.  I really like this one.  (3/5)

Pomegranate & Cider- Very pomegranatey with spices.  I get pomegranate and cinnamon in this scent.  I love this!  (4.5/5)

Rock That Vanilla- A dead on dupe for the A*e*i*a* C*e*m from a certain bath company.  (4/5)

Tiffany D- Right now all I smell is her lackluster Honeydew Melon scent.  I hope the watermelon and cotton candy come out more with curing/burning.  (3/5)

Champagne Pomegranate- I smell pomegranate ginger ale.  The fizz tickles your nose too!  (4/5)

Apple Butter Festival- This was my free scent shot.  It is one of the new scents for September, a mix of Apple Cinnamon Butter and Kettle Corn.  I hate kettle corn, so I'll see if I smell it.  I smell the Apple Cinnamon Butter which I love with a hint of popcorn, not kettle corn.  I really love this.  (5/5)

Then my mom got 10 scents which I will review for you.

Storm Watch- A fresh, clean "standing under a waterfall" scent.  I surprisingly like this one.  (3.5/5)

Tomahawk Memories- This is an earthy scent I can stand.  I smell pine, orange and patchouli.  I usually would hate this type of scent, but I can stand this one.  (3/5)

Rain- Smells pretty fresh and citrusy, but kind of boring to me.  There are much better fresh scents out there.  (2/5)

Sugar Cane & Bamboo- Smells like BBW Fresh Bamboo with some sweetness.  I don't really like this.  (2/5)

Geisha- A dupe for something from someone.  I'm not farmiliar with that product, but it smells good.  (3/5)

Womanizer- Smells floral and perfumey, but I can stand it.  (2/5)

Apple Cobbler- Smells like mac apple.  I don't get much bakery.  (3/5)

Sea Salt and Lotus Blossom- Smells salty and floral.  Meh.  (2.5/5)

Autumn Leaves- Smells like wet leaves.  Earthy, but light.  (3/5)

Bamboo and White Grapefruit- Smells like the name implies.  It's okay.  (2/5)

That's all for now,

Mr. Lushie

Today's Melt: Scentastionals Guava Berry

Hey!  I'm back with another melting review.  This is for the Scentsationals Guava Berry.  I put in 1 cube and it was weak so I put in another one and it is still really weak.  It has almost no scent throw.  I am very, very disappointed in this product and will never purchase any more wax from Scentsationals or BH&G and I don't recmomend wasting your money on it unless the other ones I have randomly work.  On a good note, I should have my CBV Fall Order First Impression by next week.  The label was created and I will put that up as soon as I get it and 1 week later another one, a week from that another one and another one a week from that.  After the third review (after curing) I will begin to melt them and keep you updated.  They will definitely be better than what I have going today, going to put in another cube.

Today's Melt: Better Homes and Gardens Spiced Apple Citrus

Today, I put in Spiced Apple Citrus from yesterday's haul.  So far, I am not impressed with BH&G.  I just had to put in another cube because the scent fades so quickly and those cubes are big.  While the scent lasts it is about a medium throw.  I will have to try the other one from BH&G that I got, but so far I would not recommend the BH&G wax melts.  I will try a Scentsationals one tomorrow and report back to you on how that worked, but I will probably not buy any more from them, which is a shame since I like this scent so much.  It is a red apple with cinnamon and a hint of orange in the background.

Walmart Haul: Scentsationals and Better Homes & Gardens Wax Melts

Hey!  Today I went to Walmart to get an extension cord and ended up getting 4 wax melts.  I got the extension cord so I could place my tart warmer on my desk instead of my chair since the cord is really short.  My Walmart (lucky for me, not for my wallet) had a ton of the Scentsationals and Better Homes & Gardens Wax Melts.  I heard a lot about these on YouTube, they had very good reviews, so I got four.  These are all clamshell tarts, the ones with the 6 cubes that you break off individually and put in your warmer.  They are actually very similar to Scentsy.  I will test these out and probably get more if they are good quality.  I got 2 of the Scentsationals ones and 2 of the Better Homes & Gardens ones.  They were each two dollars.  This video is not sponsored.  I purchased these products with my own money and all opinions are my own.

BH&G Orange Buttercream Cupcake-  This one smells like Fruit Loops.  In the store, I thought it smelled like Orange Juice Cake from CBV with buttercream frosting on it, but it just smells like Fruit Loops now and it smells fantastic.  If you love Fruit Loops, I definitely recommend this one.

BH&G Spiced Apple Citrus-  This one is mostly apple cinnamon, but it has a background note of oranges, which I hope will come out when melting.  I plan on melting this one tomorrow.

Scentsationals Guava Berry-  This one smells predominantly of guava, but with a background note of blackberry which I hope will come out when melting.  This would be good for people who like guava and blackberry or if you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder in the winter.

Scentastionals Happy Hour-  My store was stocked on these limited edition beauties, but yours probably won't be.  It was limited around July.  I will be savoring every cube of this one.  If you liked the Paradise Daiquiri from Slatkin this summer, you will adore this one!

Just a note:  My Candles By Victoria order from September 1st sale shipped, so be expecting a first impression of those around Wednesday-Friday.

Today's Melt: Sweet Fixations Blueberry Cobbler

This one is very potent.  It scented the kitchen when I took it out of the bag to cut it.  Cold, it smells like blueberry and nothing else, but it is so good warm.  It smells like fresh blueberry pancakes off of the stove.  so delicious and I will probably purchase this one again.  It is very strong and scents my room for longer than most other of the tarts from Sweet Fixations.  I will try to post something else today, but I have been so busy with school starting that this had to go on the back burner for a little bit.

Today's Melt: BBW Paradise Daiquiri

This one smells like raspberry and pina colada.  I have the whole mini candle in my warmer and it isn't very strong, which is a shame because it smells so nice.
